As a professional violinist for over 20 years I have seen the magical way in which music can transform a space and affect one to thousands of individuals.

I have always used music as therapy for my own self.  Writing songs to cathartically release difficult emotions, playing my instruments to be in the moment and get lost in timeless ‘flow’.  Listening to specific music to enhance or change my mood.

As an HCPC registered Music Therapist I now enjoy sharing music therapeutically with others, guiding people to use music as a bespoke and personal tool to reach non-musical goals.  Whether for a loved one or yourself, feel free to contact me to discuss how music may help.
